Return & Cancellation Policy

At Shree Natural Jaggery, we take utmost care to ensure that your order is properly processed, packed and delivered in good condition. As our products are food products, returns and replacements are subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled. If the order has already been shipped or is out for delivery, the customer may refuse to accept the delivery.

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

If we are unable to fulfil or dispatch an order due to unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund for prepaid orders.

Return & Replacement Policy

Since jaggery is a food product, we generally do not accept returns of products that have been delivered correctly and are in good condition.

However, we will consider a replacement or refund in the following situations:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered.
• The package is received in a seriously damaged or tampered condition.
• The product has a genuine quality issue attributable to our manufacturing or packing process.

Customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is any issue with the order.

For damaged, incorrect or defective products, customers may be required to provide clear photographs or videos of the product, packaging and shipping label to help us verify the issue.

Conditions for Return or Replacement

For an eligible return or replacement:

• The product should be reported within the specified time period.
• The product and packaging should be retained until the issue is resolved.
• Proof of purchase/order details may be required.
• Products that have been opened, consumed, altered or improperly stored may not be eligible for return or replacement.
• Returns or replacements are subject to verification and approval by Shree Natural Jaggery.

Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method used for the order, wherever possible.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or replacements may not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after delivery.
• Incorrect storage or handling of the product after delivery.
• Products that have been opened or consumed, except where required by applicable law.
• Minor variations in colour, texture or shape that are natural characteristics of traditionally processed jaggery.
• Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
