✦ Special Processing Step

For our Semi-Solid Jaggery, we take additional care during the final stage of preparation. After the jaggery is prepared and before cooling, it is passed through a clean cotton cloth (cora cloth) filtration process to help remove fine suspended particles.

⚠️ Note: Do not add jaggery to boiling milk, as the acidity and natural components of jaggery may cause the milk to coagulate.
